How to get Support

First time Customers

First time customers will need to install a piece of software, so I can remotely control their PC. Don’t worry, it’s free and the installation is simple. The software is made by Google and is safe. You control when you want me to take control. If you are a returning customer click here.

You will need to add an extension to Chrome. If You are not using Chrome as your web browser then you can download it here.

If you have trouble following these instruction please contact me and I can talk you through.

Instructions

• Right Click this link “chrome remote desktop” and select “open link in new tab” so you can keep these instructions open.
• Click “Share my screen”

• Click “Install”

• Click “Add extension”. The extension will now download, it will normally only take only a couple of minutes.

• Click “Accept & Install”

• Click “Run”

• If an administrative warning pops up click “Yes”.

Once the installation is complete you can now follow the instructions for Returning Customers.
